I notice an online manual

"HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Tuning and Troubleshooting"

available from various sites, e.g.

which seems to be missing from the VSI collection

Are the directives and recommendations still applicable to VSI TCP/IP Services 5 and 6?
