FTP with SSL/TLS on OpenVMS?

Is there any supported version of TCP/IP Services that contains ftp with SSL/TLS as an option for OpenVMS?
Would need this for implementation on Alpha and Itanium.
What version of TCPIP would I need?
What version of OpenVMS would be required?
Does the latest TCP/IP stack from VMS Software offer this?

Just note that VSI TCPIP v10.6 is currently Integrity only. The Alpha release is in progress.

Is there a way to use implicit FTPS too?
The TCPIP documentation about FTPS isn't very detailed.
If I use "FTP /SSL IP-address" it seems to use the explicit variant.

The TCPIP documentation will be updated to describe the workings of FTP/SSL.

BTW, the current development stream for TCPIP is V6.0, not V10.6. A beta test was recently started using X6.0-13.

Thanks for the hint.
Is there any date when the new version of TCPIP documentation will be published on VSI site?
