XPDF v3.04 available

With the advent of V9.2-3 I am now able to successfully build XPDF v3.04 on x86 (which is the last version available before XPDF started using Qt instead of X11). Executables for all 3 platforms, plus source code, is available here:

Note that if you plan to build the kit yourself, clang must be used for XPDF and each of the support libraries required.
