Hello
I tried booting from X860922OE.ISO to upgrade to OPENVMS 9.2.2. I used PRESERVED because I had installed some layerd product on OPENVMS 9.2.1 but when I rebooted It did not install.
$ sh sys
OpenVMS V9.2-1 on node VENUS 20-MAR-2024 18:30:31.25 Uptime 0 01:05:02
Pid Process Name State Pri I/O CPU Page flts Pages

Am I doing something wrong
Thanks,

I assume so, but, with my weak psychic powers, I can't see what you
did.

Ok. Which disk did you tell it to upgrade? Any interesting
messages?

Re: Upgrading to openvms 9.2.2 on Virtualbox
I saw the solution in a other post. IT was to uninstall Openssh. It can be done in the install menu. Now it is ok,
$ sh sys
OpenVMS V9.2-2 on node VENUS 20-MAR-2024 20:24:43.14 Uptime 0 01:10:38
Thanks,
Thorleifur
$ sh sys
OpenVMS V9.2-2 on node VENUS 20-MAR-2024 20:24:43.14 Uptime 0 01:10:38
Thanks,

I'm glad you got it working, but the next time you post something that is asking for help, please post a log file of whatever failure you've received.
