hi,
Release notes seems to discuss Alpha/I64 only.
Never played with Pascal on VMS but I guess there are some Pascal fans here ...

That brings back memories of almost religious wars between the proponents of "flat Pascal" and the other group. "Flat Pascal" declares all the functions and procedures at the outermost level so there is no nesting. The other way was to nest them which helps control what today we would call the namespaces. We had contract teams of both sorts on site, each certain that theirs was the only true way! I just turned up and debugged at the machine code (VAX, Alpha) level - a plague on both their houses!

yes, I saw that when looking for something else. I've not touched Pascal for decades.

Yeah, the release notes need some work. I missed that before I cranked out the kit. I'll update the kit next week.
