Are you looking for a commercial user or just somebody who knows VMS well. Anyhow, please feel free to reach out. You might want to post a bit more regarding what this is about?
I have it running on VMware right now, and it is really straightforward to install and get running.

I am using OpenVMS Itanium everyday in Ontario and Quebec. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for approval from our bean-counters to move to the x86-64 flavor so I have nothing to pass on in that regard.
