(9879) DECwindows and Keyboard Language Selection?

How to setup a LK462 swiss-german QWERTZ keyboard dialect to be used during the DECwindows login (user/password) screen ?

The DECwindows welcome login screen always defaults to US-English keyboard. However, after login to a system/user account, the DECwindows DECterm application uses correctly the QWERTZ keyboard (as per the DECW keyboard setup
for QWERTZ keyboard in the DEC windows Session Manager options).

My LK462 swiss-german QWERTZ keyboard is correctly setup and working in the SRM console environment.
