After run the NET$CONFIGURE. I still can't find the following logical.

"SYS$DECDTM_NODE_ADDRESS"
"SYS$DECDTM_NODE_NAME"
"SYS$NODE"
"SYS$NODE_FULLNAME"

After the DECnet-Plus network is configured, it must be started.

With DECnet-Plus, the OpenVMS Wizard would also tend to reboot the
system, both as key parts of the network are loaded at bootstrap
and as it provides a full test of the network startup.

The SCSNODE system parameter is also of interest here, as that
is the source of various node-related displays. For other
node-related information, please see the OpenVMS FAQ; please
see the section on changing the node name.
