(0009) MPACK and MUNPACK for OpenVMS?

Is there any simple mpack/munpack for mime for VMS??

The wizard has seen ports of various MIME tools for OpenVMS.

There are limitations that preclude the direct and easy introduction
of MIME support via the MAIL interface available for OpenVMS versions
through (at least) V7.1-*.

The Wizard is not currently willing to comment on the plans for MIME
support within future OpenVMS releases.
