libPQ

Post by jp » Fri Nov 24, 2023 8:43 am

Hello
I have installed the freeware libpq on a IA64 V8.4 operating system the tool psql does n't work (no error message, no cpu consommation, no I/O). It does nothing.
Is it due to the OS version (needed V8.4-1H1) ?

IIRC VSI are working on PostgreSQL support as it needs some extra help from the CRTL.

Are you referring to work on libpq (PostgreSQL C client lib) or to the work VSI is doing to get PostgreSQL server working on VMS (which requires SSIO in VMS)?
