Hi,

how about collecting links to interesting OpenVMS related pages.

Like those:
http://nchrem.tnw.tudelft.nl/openvms/software2.html

http://www.vajhoej.dk/arne/vms/

http://www.process.com/resources/openvms/

Hi all,

Thanks for posting these lists. However we already have a collection of useful links on our site available here: https://training.vmssoftware.com/useful-links. We will add missing links taken from this thread, but in the future please check if the link doesn't exist on the page before posting it in this thread.

Thank you.

Cool - thanks for opening my / our eyes :-)

By the way - many of the HP /DEC links vanished.

E.g. if you look into fortran help - go/fortran is gone.

FORTRAN

Invokes the VSI Fortran for OpenVMS compiler. This command is
described in detail in the VSI Fortran for OpenVMS User Manual.

For more information on VSI Fortran, including the latest
online documentation, see:

http://www.hp.com/go/fortran/

Format of the Fortran command line:

FORTRAN[/qualifiers] file-spec-list[/qualifiers]

To invoke the Compaq Fortran 77 compiler, use FORTRAN/OLD_F77
(Alpha only).

Thanks for pointing to the links page - I hadn't noticed it yet.

And for an improvement suggestion: As the VMS parts are slowly vanishing from HP(E)'s sites, perhaps a better link to the content of the freeware CDs would be Jur van der Burg's digiater.nl site.
