Support for Pascal .PEN files

Hi Folks,
Our builds make use of Pascal environments files (.PEN), it would be really good if the IDE could make use of them, although I appreciate that this will be a real pain to do.
A hook into the SCA libraries might also be interesting, especially if you can get the call graphs etc. to display.
