I'm working on the AXPbox emulator (https://github.com/lenticularis39/axpbox/, next to Tomáš as a contributor, here as well https://raymii.org/s/tags/openvms.html), and I've got a question, but not sure who to contact at VSI.

I've got automated builds and tests setup for AXPbox on different platforms: https://github.com/lenticularis39/axpbox/actions. I've also got the OpenVMS installation fully scripted (using expect), so I can run a local test to see if OpenVMS can still be installed after changes to the code.

However, I'd like to integrate that part into the automated github tests. To do so, I need to include the installation ISO file in the build system, but I'm not sure if that's allowed legal wise. I myself have a hobbyist license, but for the automated installation a license is not required.

Who would I contact best to get permission over at VSI?

After consultation with the legal department, the verdict is VSI cannot grant permission to include the installation ISO file in your github repository.
