Latest x86 evaluation PAKs on Portal DO license Volume Shadowing and Clusters

The new set of x86 evaluation PAKs available on the VMS Software customer portal include the HAOE, High Availability Operating Environment, which licenses volume shadowing, clusters, RTR server, RMS Journaling and Availability Manager. There were separate copies of those licenses in the original x86 PAK file but these licenses were redundant and unnecessary.
