Are there plans to release an SDL kit?

I think SDL was mentioned at some point, but it doesn't show up in the road map. Are there plans to release it at some point? I would assume that you must be using it in development.

I did double-check and there is an SDL kit in the freeware, but it doesn't include x86.

I know.

But I look at it like:
- all SYS$ and LIB$ need to be modified to support 64 bit addresses and descriptors at some point in time anyway
- so starting this work now is not extra work but just doing the same work now instead of later
- and it saves some dirty hacks and their accompanying constraints
- the number of old VMS specific C++ applications are probably relative low as VMS was not a common choice of platform for new application at the time VMS C++ showed up
