I wonder if someone is porting java 11 or above to OpenVMS.

V8.412A-1 (IA-64, x86) is on the roadmap for September

Ah yes, I forgot about the live roadmap. I should check that before asking questions.

I've fixed a last regression and gave away JDK kits to QA. However, ~8000 Jtreg tests take a long time to run, so if everything goes well and the QA team doesn't find any more regressions, the new JDK kits will be out in the first half of October.
