On comp.os.vms Roland posted stuff like:

which did not sound particular knowledgeable about the topic.
There are plenty of other stuff available about various agile methodologies both positive stuff and negative stuff (note that agile is not a methodology - agile is just some principles behind a large number of very different methodologies).
