OpenVMS ISV program licences about to expire *URGENT*

Hi,

Hoping someone from VSI can take urgent action on this.

We've been in the ISV program for many years and found it to be very useful.
The ISV program includes a raft of software licences for OpenVMS products on Alpha, Integity and X86.
In past years the licences were sent via email to each ISV member on acceptance of the membership application.

Last year the licence distribution was changed to a download from the VSI Service Portal, which worked for us.
Unfortunately those licences expire on 1st May (i.e. in two weeks) and the portal has not been updated with new ones.

I have emailed VSI about this but have not received an response.

If you have concerns regarding your ISV license you can contact isv@vmssofware.com and they will be happy to help with your renewal and gaining access to new licenses.

I (and a few others) are still in the same boat here. I was told to expect something "in the next few weeks" a while ago (end of last month) but haven't quite heard anything back yet.

I don't know who reads email to isv@vsi but I've sometimes found quicker response emailing sales@vsi

Same here, sent mail on 18-APR-2024 to isv@vsi - no response received yet.

We received our ISV contract yesterday, and our PAKs today. They're working on them!

Got and signed the ISV Renewal 2024 and got access to the licenses in the Service Portal.

In the future, ISV licenses will always expire on 30-APR of each year.

Sounds like next year's process will be a lot easier too
